    It's disgusting that Rush Limbaugh has now co-opted the phrase "low-information voter."

    He is the Chief of the Low Info Voters... spreading dumb wherever he goes. It stands to reason that he has now adopted/co-opted this. Not being one to listen to him for more than two or three seconds at a time it will probably just be his momentary catch phrase and then he will move on... sustaining his lies is difficult work, I am sure!!
